Synopsis
Raiken Souma walks rain-slicked avenues where thunder answers his clenched fist. When the primordial serpent rises and streets become rivers Raiken alone refuses evacuation carving through collapsing towers by weaponizing the beast's own deluge. Each strike forges a path toward the monster's heart while the capital's towers fall like dominoes. The duel escalates from flooded boulevards to shattered palace spires where Raiken discovers the serpent is no mindless destroyer but a guardian enraged by centuries of imperial arrogance. Lightning and water clash in silence-shattering roars forcing Raiken to abandon his solitary code and channel the city's collective will. In the eye of the storm he becomes both blade and conduit. As the final wave crests Raiken embeds his lightning into the serpent's core transforming destruction into rebirth. The flood recedes leaving a battered capital forever changed by one man's mythic stand against nature's wrath.
The story
Raiken Souma is introduced as the city's untouchable lightning legend patrolling neon-lit canals while rumors of rising waters spread. The serpent erupts during a festival flooding districts and killing thousands forcing Raiken to confront the beast alone.
Raiken battles the serpent through submerged streets and collapsing spires discovering its rage stems from ancient betrayal. He allies with a small band of survivors learning to wield water itself while the capital's leaders attempt futile evacuation and betrayal.
In the flooded palace Raiken lures the serpent into a lightning trap sacrificing his mortal form to seal the creature yet emerging reborn as living storm. The waters recede the city rebuilds and Raiken's legend becomes warning and hope.
